I saved the carboy dregs and oak cubes from an 18 month old sour, my first, that I saved in a sanitized jar. They come from a Roeselare fermentation. I have kept the jar in my kegerator, now for about 4 months. I'm curious about if these dregs will be useful in another batch, if they are still any good.

It's probably ok. I would be most concerned about acetobacter if the jar had some headspace. Easiest way to tell is to open it up and smell. If it smells like sour beer you're good, if it smells like vinegar it's probably not ok unless you want to make extremely acetic beer.
