What is the max grain bill you have mashed ion your 10 gallon rubbermaid mt, Im thinking of doing your Stone IPA clone and want to do the 11 gallon batch, the grain bill for that is 25.5#, what do you think? Also Ill have to sub the Warrior, I have Columbus at 14.6 aa, Chinook at 13.1 aa, and Yakima Magnum at 13.1 aa, any suggestions welcome, and thanks in advance.
