So, i'm trying to get my pipeline started.
1 2-gallon batch and 1 4-gallon batch bottled.
2 5-gallon batches fermenting

and no homebrew to be had :(
drinking moose drool out of my brand new mug to try to distract myself, but it only goes so far... Especially when the carboys are 6 feet away bluping at me.

RDWHAMD?

worse is the fact that the batch closest to being done is 2 gallons and is a purely experimental batch (rye on cascade SMaSH)

Don't worry, your patience will be well rewarded. I'm somewhat in the same boat. All this homebrew around me and none of it ready to drink.

bottled but needs aging:
Imperial Brown Ale
Barley Wine

just kegged yesterday, not going to be ready for a week:
Dubbel
IIPA
Apfelwein

Fermenting:
Stout
Porter
Brown Ale
Apfelwein

The thing that makes it easy for me is that I am leaving for 6 weeks starting next week and nobody else in the house drinks. So when I get back I should be rocking. :ban: Stay patient, at least you can go buy a quality microbrew... Leinekugel and Sam Adams are about as good as it gets here.
