Hi all, I was wondering how I should input my water profile parameters in a water calculator program (I'm using the EZ Water Calculator) if they are in a range.

The spring water I'm using has a "range" for most of the compounds. For example, Calcium has a level found of 4.0-9.1 ppm. Should I input average like 6.5 ppm?

Also, I'm using the EZ water calculator and I don't see an input of non-iodized table salt that my brewing book has as one of the additions. Should I not be using it and just stick to the compounds listed for additions?

Thanks in advance
