Are additions like Coriander and Orange Peel to the wort boil... do they go into the primary or no? I assume they would be screened out when they go into the funnel into the primary... but I have to ask.
 
They usually are added during the last 15 minutes of the boil. Yes, if you use a funnel to strain your wort when transferring to primary, they would be caught. But, an ounce (typical addition amount) doesn't seem like a lot when you add it to the boil, but when you strain it out, there is a fair amount. Be careful of the potential for plugging the strainer.
