I just bought the coopers real ale kit ( http://www.the-online-homebrew-comp...ebrew-wine-making/70/coopers-real-ale-1.7-kg/ ) when I got it home I found out It has to be fermented between 18-32C now my home is 15C. Would it still be ok to try and make this or should I just wait untill it is warmer out? Also are there other kits out there like this that would at a lower temperature? I am just starting out so I do not have a brew belt or anything like that yet.
