Cooper Dark Ale & mini mash

I found a can of coopers dark ale extract I bought before I started AG. I thought to use it and left over and miss ordered grain Iwould try a mini mash with extract. this is what I've come up with.

3.75# Coopers Dark Ale
1# Dark DME
2# Light DME
1 oz. MELANIDIN
1 # 2 Row
.5 # Simpsons medium crystal
.75# munich
Some flaked barley

I have not looked at the hops yet, any suggestions? I was wondering when I do the boil do I just boil wort from mini mash and sparge then top up to 5gal in carboy?

I've made the Cooper Dark Ale before its pretty good.

With those ingredients here's what I would make

3.75# ( 1 can ) Cooper's Dark Ale
2 # of the Light DME

nothing else, save the other ingredients for another day, no extra hops

it will be good
