just bottled a batch of melomel. freeze concentrated 3 liters down to 750 mil. tasted it, rocket fuel! my question is: will it mellow at the same rate as the mead?

Probably not. The higher levels of alcohol in the freeze concentration would suggest more time too mellow it.......
