Okay so due to the new kiddo my brewing availability has been severely reduced. Because of this I'm going to attempt to do a 10 gallon batch but I don't really have all the required equipment, but I think I can make it work. Let me know if you see any major problems with this plan:

Equipment I do have:
- 10 Gallon Igloo Mash Tun with a homemade hose screen (works great, last batch = 78% efficiency)
- Standard Size Keggle
- 10 Gallon Polarware pot
- 5 Gallon cheapo pot
- wort chiller
- Misc equipment needed (termometer, mash paddles, etc)
My plan of action:
- Take the hose screen out of my Igloo Mash Tun and install it into the Keggle
- Heat up my strike water in the Keggle and just use it as my MLT
- After I'm done mashing empty the wort into my two pots
- Dump the grains out of the keggle and rinse it out
- Put the wort back into the keggle and use it as my boil pot
- Continue on with my brew day like normal
