Hi all. Long time lurker, first time posting.
I've been asked to brew a Newcastle clone for some friends at work and this is the recipe I've come up with. I've decided to stick with a simple extract + specialty grains recipe because I'll be brewing this with folks who have never brewed before so I want to keep things easy.
I'm still relatively new to brewing myself (haven't yet delved into AG brewing, but have done plenty of partial mash) and even more inexperienced in coming up with recipes.
Will this work? Will it taste good? Will it taste like Newcastle?
