hi all does anybody no where a can find step by step guide for 1st time cider makers as i new to the cider makeing an want to try and do a apple and cinnamon cider but can not see a post o here any help will be greatfull

:tank: thanks lee

this forum has tons of guides/recipes. cider is relatively easy to make...adding yeast to apple juice makes cider...there are many threads that go beyond that.

if you want a decent video tutorial, go to youtube and look up cider and craigtube

thanks just 1 more fing wicth yeast would u use as i seen lots of ppl using this that and the over lol

There are several specific cider yeasts but can be hard to find. Try a champagne yeast that should be available at your brew shop.

I just did my first with Safale S-04. Lovely flavor even though the fermentation was running a bit hot.

Other favorite on forums is Nottingham.
