I've brewed about 10 5 gallon batches so I'm still a bit new. Doing an all grain Irish red I usually ferment at 68 degrees. However, due to snow storm, my electricity went off for two days causing my ferment temp to go down to 48 degrees. Now that the electricity is back on it is heating back up to 68 degrees where I will maintain it as usual.
What can I expect from this? Is my beer ruined?
