wyeast 2247 for Black Bavarian clone?

Does this sound right? I found a recipe for the brew calling for wlp 920 but LHBS carries wyeast. Is this even the correct strain? I can post the recipe when I get home in a few hours if that would help. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
