Have 6 pounds of wheat extract from a Belgian wit kit that I was going to show a friend how to brew and get him into the hobby but it never happened. has been sitting in the fridge for 4 months so want to use it up and thought since the money was already spent I could try something new. Have hops and grain around so this is a pieced together recipe and I want something quick easy and German so any thoughts as to how this would turn out or any additions would be appreciated.

Batch size 3 gal

Malt
6 lbs liquid wheat malt

Steeping grains
.25 lbs Munich dark
.25 lbs chocolate

Hops
Hallertauer 1 oz @ 60 min
yeast to be determined

IBU 24
color 19
abv 6.8%
OG 1.072
FG 1.020

Fits as per style guidelines but again not sure of taste esp with a style I've never had
Again any suggestions recommendations or thoughts?
