Popped the top, nice hiss. Poured into glass. Good carb. Lot's of tiny little bubbles. It's a little darker then Fireman's #4. Just about to sit down and give it a try. This is my first batch i've made.
 
I used Austin Home Brew's extract. I think it tastes a little lighter then a real #4. I got one in the fridge, so after mine, I'll pour a real #4 to see. But in general i'm happy that it turned out well. Makes me want to do another brew later on. But next in line is some Mead.
 
That's a real nice picture. I hope to be able to put on a picture like that of my first pint. I also hope it tastes halfway decent.
 
looks beautiful. Can anyone smell it, because its such a good picture that it looks like I could smell it.
