Cracked open a festa cream ale from a grolsch bottle after a week and it is almost flat. I know 1 week is not much time, but I put 3/4 cup of dextrose/2 cups boiled water in bottling bucket and swirled in while racking after cooling. The instructions in retrospect call for 1 to 1 1/2 cups dextrose. Will it come around in time?

If you are only 1/4 cup short of what it called for then it should come around in time. I wait until the 3 week mark before sampling any of my brews. But it's a lot harder to wait until then when you have nothing in your pipeline!

The beer should be:
1. conditioned for a few weeks
2. conditioned in a a room about 70°F
3. chilled in the fridge for 2 days or so prior to opening and drinking

I would say because of 1 for sure and maybe 2 and 3 you have this result.
