I plan on making a oktoberfest & doppelbock this weekend. The idea is to more or less mash 10gals of oktoberfest and concentrate nearly half into a doppelbock. Currently, I'm too lazy to do a decoction, but we'll see. This is a first of both styles for me, so any advice/suggestions is welcome
