I'm psyched. After using a wing capper for the last year, I finally had my LHBS order me a bench capper.

Problem now is that the soonest I can use the thing will be Friday because I work until 10PM tonight through Thursday night (that's from 8 AM each day). I've got my Special Bitters just waiting to be bottled, which I brewed like a month ago.

Do I need to mount (get your mind out of the gutter:cross:, I mean fasten the capper to something) the thing? I was thinking I might actually attach it to an old cutting board, just to increase the footprint and lessen the chance of any accidents from over zealous capping.

I use mine with a piece of rubber drawer liner under it, but a towel works ok.
