I want to start learning more about brewing water. Id like to begin brewing using distilled water and creating my own profiles, instead of just using bottled spring water like I have. Where can I start learning how to do this? Im reading bits and pieces here and there, but I have done nothing but to get myself more confused then I thought I could be. Where do I start? Thank you.
