Tasting Notes
Slightly sweet, balanced with the bitterness. Think limes and oranges with pineapple
When I brewed this beer originally I hit a stuck fermentation at around 1.022, which eventually dropped to 1.018 by bottling day. OK, but I would have like to drop it by a few more points. To avoid this problem I would recommend using the 8.5 lbs of DME if you're doing extract and using WLP005 yeast instead. We all learn.

The best thing about this beer is the best thing about hops. Everytime you take a sip the aroma hits you and its like opening a fresh package of hops on brew day. The citra really takes it over. So distinctly orange and pineapple, balanced with the bitterness of a lime. Lightly sweet, but still dry like a champagne cocktail. Refreshing is the word. Perfect for the hot Kentucky summers.
