I've found good literature on malts and yeast and how they may affect beer flavor but none really on hops that expands much past what's in Palmer. I got my favs for hops, but in experimenting with unknowns, I don't really have a good idea of how a new hop may affect my beer. Does anyone know any good literature either Internet or book that could help out?
