I think it depends on temperature, but 3-7 days is reasonable. I find it flocculates at about 14 days for me.

Thanks. I just kegged after 8 days and the beer was very cloudy. I think I'll wait 2 weeks next time I use it. Too bad its not like S-04...you can keg a perfectly clear beer in nearly 4 days.

I've had beers finish fermenting in 2 days with it.
That yeast is a pain if you can't crash your fermenter. It will hang out in suspension for weeks. The second you get it below 50F though, it drops like a rock.

I get crystal clear beer within 14 days with S-05 at 61*
