I have a few cases of empty 500 mL Hacker-Pschorr bottles that I'd like to reuse, but standard caps don't quite fit tightly (I can turn the cap on the lip after crimping it) and 29mm caps are way too big.
These aren't the swing top bottles that others have talked about in other threads here, these are regular pop tops.
Has anyone used these bottles? Is there a different size of cap that I need to get? Would I get a proper crimp with a bench capper as opposed to the wing capper I'm using now?
