Advice on Rye IPA Recipe?

I've done IPAs, but I have never done anything with Rye. Advice would be awesome. I might have gone a little crazy on the grain bill.

I liked the Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye, but I'm not trying to come up with a clone just something that will work with what I've got in terms of hops.

This is what I threw together, but I'd love some feedback before I run to the LHBS
