I found this bulkhead at Ontario Beer Kegs.

Anyone know of a US supplier? I don't want to deal with international shipping.

Do you need the gas post on there? You can get a generic (non-keg) bulkhead from McMaster, but of course it won't have the post.

You can get a SS one with flare fittings for $25 (are 37 degree flares what MFLs use?)

Or a brass one with 1/4" barbs for $7

On the brass one it looks like you can go through a 0.375" wall, not sure how thick you need.

I saw that one and similar at multiple suppliers, but am really looking for one with the quick disconnect.

Looks to me like a standard flare bulkhead with a plug adapter and plug on one side, and a barbed fitting on the other. While I don't see anyone else selling those parts together as a single assembly, there's no reason you couldn't piece together the same thing.
