Anyone have an idea how to convert grain measurements (i.e. cups) in to weight?

I have a kitchen scale coming, but it's not here for today's brew day. I have some varieties of homemade Crystal Malt, and I want to measure how much I'm putting in today's brew.

Just wright down how many cups you use and figure it out when you get your scale.

I just checked for you. A cup of Maris Otter weighs 4 oz.
I don't know if that is the same for all but that is as close as your going to get.
