Best Pale Ale Recipe

Thought that I would share this pale ale recipe as it is very good after many changes over the years. I think it's done.

Looks good, but is the recipe tweaking ever really over? Sounds like it leans more to Mirror Pond than SNVPA.

Recipes are totally subjective, that's what's cool about homebrewing. By the way, I could check your mash temps, with 7% crystal, I'm surprised your beer is finishing as dry as 1.010. Another 2 degrees hotter mash might do well for you, and bring your FG up a point or two.

Yeah, I guess the tweeking never is over. Sometimes the changes are due to what grain is in the bin.
