and i was not impressed. I bought a 6 pk of Shiner Blonde today at the gas station. Not bad beer, but not necessarily good beer either. I thought it lacked flavor very smooth had a decent aroma to it, but overall did not taste much better than a coors light in my opinion. I am fairly new to brewing but have made batches of an Amber, American Wheat, Fat Tire Clone.. My favorite so far would have to be the Fat Tire Clone and the American Wheat a close second I also have a Scottish Shilling 80 ale an Oregon IPA and Ed's Apfeilwein fermenting away. I will be freeing up some buckets this next week and already looking for something to try next. I was curious to try a blonde, but after trying the Shiner Blonde today i am having second thoughts. Any suggestions as what to try next? all suggestions welcome!
