I am going to try my hand at my first bock. I am going to try Evan's Feat of Strength Helles Bock, and had a question about the starter. Up to now I have been brewing ales, and can keep the starters at room temp. Since I am doing a lager this time do i need to make my starter at lower temps, or can i make the starter at room temp?
