Just bottled my American Wheat Beer extract kit from Northern Brewer.
The kit was pretty straight forward, such as the case with most extracts. I did add 2lbs. of honey to the last 5 minutes of boil. Left in primary for 2 weeks, and secondary for 1 week. Since I am away from my house, I forget the gravities and ABV, but I will update when I get home.
During bottling I tasted a sample, I let me just say that I cannot wait until it is ready!
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this kit and will more than likely, brew it again!
