I have a few batches under my belt now and am looking to do an Alaskan amber ale clone. Anyone know of a good kit for it or do I have to put a recipe together. Any help would be great.


Also if anyone knows of a Irish stout that is on the sweet side that would be great too.
 
I have done the extract from Austin Homebrew and it was great.
The longer it sit, the better. So dont be in a hurry to drink it
