Found a recipe for the Oakham JHB I asked about last week but I am confused by the instructions. Maybe you UK brewers can clarify?
4075g Pale and 215g Wheat Malt for 23l, 65°C/90mins
67g Challenger (6.2%, 90mins)
13g Mount Hood 15 mins (No AA% given)
"65°C"????? This can't be instead of boiling?
