ok so i have a centennial plant and i also have a US Golding, my us golding plant is doing vary well its around 14 feet tall and is starting to get full sized cones. now when do i harvest them? do i pick then as i see them or do one big harvest of all of it around sept oct? if i need to pick them now i just want to know that so i don't waist it.

Harvest when they're papery to the touch, browning around the edges, when you squeeze it, it springs back into its original shape, and when there is some visible yellow lupulin. I have a Sunbeam plant that is just about ready to have half a harvest. The rest are still forming cones from spurs. Keep it healthy and happy!

Ever considered doing a wet hop ale? That would be nice to research for a nice accessible IPA depending on your yield. Think about it. :D
