Question is.... and don't slam for this one....

If receipe calls for using 2oz of hops.....

Wet or dry hops.....still use 2 oz correct?

Cheers

Nope, wet hops are 4-6 times heavier in weight. If the recipe calls for a one oz. addtion use 4-6 oz. of wet hops. Fresh hops are mostly water, which is removed in the drying process before they are packaged and shipped to your LHBS, breweries, etc.

Another nice thing about fresh hops, they don't absorb wort, so there's very little loss. And if you are making an IPA, toss a couple ounces in at flame out.
