Has anyone come up with a good clone recipe for Green's Gluten Free Amber Ale? The ingredients listed on their label are Millet, Buckwheat, Rice, Sorghum and of course Hops and Yeast. I have not seen any recipes that include all of those ingredients.
Thanks! --Brian

Hmmm... I do enjoy Green's Amber Ale. Eventually I will have to use those ingredients altogether. I still haven't brewed with buckwheat or rice though.

I'm definitely going to try to clone their Amber Ale. It is one of the only good gluten free beers. Anyone ever brew anything like it?
