I was trying to clone New Belgium's Mighty Arrow Pale Ale. They use Kent Goldings and Target Hops for bittering. After I couldn't find Target Hops at my LHBS, I upped the ante with Magnum and made this an IPA. Quite delicious right now!

Steep Specialty Grains at 155F for 30 min
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain
0.50 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain

60 min 1.00 oz Magnum [13.10 %] (60 min) Hops
