just developing a recipe, but wanted people's thoughts on this:
Steeping Grains:
1.25lbs CaraPils
1.25lbs Crystal 40
0.5lbs Chocolate
Malts:
4.5lbs Extra Light DME (60mins)
1.5lbs Wheat DME (flame-out)
Hops:
0.75oz - Warrior (60mins)
1oz - Amarillo (10mins)
0.75oz - Centennial (10mins)
Other Stuff:
1oz Chamomile flowers, dried (5mins)
2 tbsp Lemongrass, dried (5mins)
Yeast:
California Ale Yeast
Also considering dry-hopping, but still working out the how much and when part.
