I am sick of lifting heavy pots. I have a 10 gallon cooler mash tun, 10 gallon aluminum kettle, and a keggle that's a work in progress - i have a false bottom but that is about as far as I've got. I am ordering a pump, and I have one propane burner. I like the single tier idea, but ones I've seen - like the brutus 10 - all seem to use a pot mash tun on a burner, and I'm not planning on having any kind of controller. Any suggestions on a good setup?
