So I have been carbing up a beer in one of my corny's for the last couple days and yesterday I noticed that there was a bit of beer on the floor of my keezer (which I cleaned up).

I realized that the out post was seeping out a little bit from the poppet area. I tried adjusting it a bit but it didn't seem to help.

I figured that putting a picnic tap (how I serve my beers) on the post would prevent it from leaking. Well, when I came down to look again this morning there was still beer on the keezer floor.

I am wondering if I was incorrect to assume that the ball lock connecter would seal it off (is it possible that peice is faulty too?)?

I do a step carbonation or 40, 30, 20, then set to serving pressure. I was at 40 and 30 the last couple of days so maybe the increase in pressure was doing something, althought it hasn't been a problem before?

Maybe I have an additional leak somewhere else?

Thanks for the help.
