I recently kicked my first brew, awesome taste... just one problem, I had a lot of sediment at the bottom of a few bottles.. What is a way to prevent these during transfer from POT?

I like beers like Heineken light, Bud Light, etc. how do i calculate the formulas to come up with these recipes? I'm a rookie at this stuff and any help would be appreciated..... Less than 3 weeks until my first batch is complete!!! wooweee that's why Im searching to make my second batch now

Hey guys I'm getting ready to put the primer in, the bubbling has stopped. My question is, what about these little chunks I see. Is there anyway to prevent those from the beer or does those go away during the boiling process?
