    Jet burner question

No, I suppose I should have but I was by myself, running in and out of the house helping my wife who just had surgery so I didn't really have time. Sorry.

I am not sure, the web site didnt say but they work great! Mada a batch of porter yesterday, only took 20 min from tap temperature to 170 and only 15 to start the boil!:ban:

    Jet burner question

Finally figured out the problem, I had CNG nozzles, swapped them for LP nozzles and got a beautiful hot blue flame!

    Jet burner question

So it seems I have already solved my problem, my first regulator must have been a low fixed one or something, only shot out sooty orange flames, the new 0-30 pis should do the trick, thanks for the advice!

King cooker for three tier system?

Thanks for the link! I wasn't able to found the other cart mentioned anywhere, I believe it is out of production, going to try the king kooker, if it won't hold up I'll build a unit like my original plan.

King cooker for three tier system?

I am building a three tier system (10 gal) and I saw the king kooker online today, it seems like the perfect setup for a three tier system, all I need to do is build a stand for my cooler hot liquor tank to stand on. Has anyone used this or heard about it being used? If you don't know what it is...

Yeah, they are 20+ years old and still (minus some dust) look newish, I will defiantly be keeping them for awhile. :mug:

    Brewery names--what's your story?

When I first started brewing I had a few rolls of blue painters tape leftover from work. Figured what better way to label the beer. I still label my beers with blue tape and sharpie, thus started Blue Tape Brewery.

Makes sense. Thanks again! If anyone is interested I'll post some pictures later, the coors boxes are especially cool.
