    Well, as long as it won't hurt the taste :D I'll put one in the fridge and report back on the experiment results in a few weeks when the rest are done conditioning.

    I bottled my first batch just over a week ago (hooray!:ban:) I want to halt conditioning in a bottle at 1 week so I can compare the taste to a fully-conditioned 3 week bottle. I might do one at 2 weeks as well. Does anyone know if I just put one in the fridge will that work?

    Yes, it's a dry heat. It's actually only about 85-90, but I'm a baby and consider that "hot." I'm comparing that to the last few months when it was not hot.
