Brewing up my first batch of Jucifer today - an Imperial IPA with blood orange juice.

I used some Sorachi back in 2014 and it definitely had a strong dill flavor/aroma at first, but aged out after a few months.

Dogfish Head has made Midas Touch since 1999 which is a bit of a cross between beer and wine. I love this beer and have a couple in the beer fridge right now.

I've read numerous articles that saying waxing the cap is the best way to prevent oxygenation. The O2 caps will scavenge O2 in the headspace assuming they haven't gotten wet. StarSan + O2 caps = bad idea.

I have both an old and new Tilt and have had much better luck with the range. For reference, the Tilts are inside a SS Brewbucket inside a small kegerator. With the old Tilt the range was about 10 feet and I haven't tried it with the new one, though the range and battery life have been improved...

The Tilt merely reports the specific gravity and temperature. I know they have a Raspberry Pi image so if you're handy/creative you could probably hook up an Aurdino controller to link the two together. I simply use an Inkbird 310T to manage controlling the temperature.
