Schauby, I've pretty much done the exact same thing that you have done thus far with the same results. I'm pretty sure if you remove the presence of all c02 you'll just have a flat coffee. Maybe a carbonating stone and starting off at a low psi would work? I'll be tinkering until I get it right...

I'm looking to keg my cold brew coffee and give it the mouth feel of a guinness. I have the stout handle and 75% nitrogen/25% c02 tank but can't get the results I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's a video of what I'm looking to do, but with a corny keg rather than commercial.

Mr food scientist. Thanks for the reply! I'll be force carbonating it at 43psi and storing in kegs at 34 degrees. What if I add liquor into the keg with fresh fruit? How would that effect the longevity of the juice?

I'm making fresh fruit sodas with citric acid, malic acid, and c02. I'm trying to avoid heating the juice because it changes the flavor profile on most juices. What is the typical shelf life for a fresh strawberry basil soda for example?

Still not budging. When I plug the freezer directly into the wall the motor kicks on. When I plug it into itself it does nothing.

Beware of Kegcowboy.com! I have called them multiple times and they don't even return my calls now. I ordered my product on the 21st and I have nothing. They have $700 of my money that they will not refund.
