    I've been in situations where I had no choice but to siphon by mouth.     Maybe LESS likely, but not UNlikely. Don't put it in glass. You'll get bombs.

    That's the trub and probably some hot break. Mostly coagulated proteins. Pefectly normal. Sounds like it's going to be a good beer.

    Have you thought about a milk stout as the fourth option? Something like Mackesons XXX? Pretty tasty in the summer.
