    Brew Session Time Lapse

    I wrapped a couple layers of Reflectix from Home Depot and secured it with some velcro strips. I have a neoprene sleeve that zips up that I put over the top of that. It does a decent job of holding temps, but not as well as I'd like. I mostly do 5 gallon batches so I think the dead space is...

    Holiday 5 cubic foot freezer

    I have a Holiday 5 cubic foot freezer that I purchased from Lowes about 3 years ago. It has the same layout as the first GE freezer on that link. I couldn't find the model that fit 3 kegs on the bottom. Mine can fit 2 ball lock kegs on the bottom and a 3 gallon keg on the hump next to the CO2...
