I do believe that's a European keg. No American kegs have that. The stem screens into the opening as opposed to the American kegs which has a snap ring

Miller max star 150 stl w/ a duel regulator for back purging. A perfect fit up is key for a good fusion weld. I like to place my fitting on the keg wall, not set in at all. I get a way more consistent weld this way, with far less room for error.

Btw...not the haggard looking weld. The top two are the replacements for the non-sanitary welds that were made.
