I have the same question. What I find strange is that a Cyser is included in the list of available styles, but yet no apple cider i included in the list of available ingredients/extracts/misc.

Not that I'm buying into, or discrediting this claim, but the argument that 'this is only seaweed' doesn't mean squat. I mean, mushrooms are only mushrooms too, right? But most of them are poisonous if consumed.

nope, had it going for 2 months, and it never got any lower. But, it is getting tastier with time. Had one last night. The spices really come through.

I am just finishing up one of their Imperial Blonde's and noticed the late-extract addition too, except to me it seems they have it backwards. Their instructions have you adding the DME late, not the LME. I also can't find an estimated F.G. number anywhere on the sheet - they list an O.G...
