Keg tap the roommate took off because he didn't like having a keg in the place. Hadn't been used in about 8 months now constant leak out of the coupler that connects the threaded piece to the tap. What is wrong?

The bar itself is just too small. They should have ran the bar top the other way to allow better service. I can't believe they get two or three people there. I feel WoB and Dunderbaks have better prices. I also didn't much like the crowd there.
