Distilling might be illegal but you could freeze your beer multiple times to condense it to a 20+% beer. Have a look at brewdog the Scottish brewery.

I'm brewing in my small montreal apartment but have a nice covered balcony/patio where I'm planning on doing my AG batches. Don't see a problem with it yet, but also would be pretty interested in anything you put out. Always good to see how others manage it.

Hope it's to do with the tubes and not the starsan i know it's pretty powerful stuff but FSA cleaners + FSA pipes should play well together. What's your tubing made from?
